Silent Sunday!

Preston finally got a hair cut. He was sooooo good. he sat completely still and let the lady cut away. Of course it should be a little shorter in the front but oh well. I wish he wasn't so afraid of the buzzer or I would just buzz it my self. I guess this is the best you can do with only scissors. Yup this is the only picture I have taken in almost 2 weeks.

What have we been up too?

Not much. We have been going to playgroup, McDonald's, the YMCA. For the most part we have been trying to stay busy playing and getting ready for the move. The weather last week was pretty nice so we got out a few days but this week has been rainy with temps around 35. Here are a couple of videos to hold you over until I have something interesting to blog about.

Silent Sunday!!!

Well the snow is back. We don't have too much going on right now. I have just been cleaning out closets, cabinets and the basement getting ready for the movers to come pack up our stuff. I still don't know when that will be. Ashley is doing great in Houston. I am so proud of her she is so adaptable to new things. She just fits right in where ever she is. She has been staying for tutorials after school so she can get caught up on what the Texas schools are learning. The way Preston says Lily's name is hilarious!

Getting ready for Halloween

I have always loved Halloween. Probably because fall is my favorite time of year. I love all the colors of the leaves and the changing of the seasons. A couple of days ago I tried the babies Halloween costumes on. Now I don't spend a whole lot of money on Halloween. I don't care if the match I just want them to dress up and look cute. Lily is going to wear a bee costume that was cousin Presley's last year. We will have to put some long sleeves and leggings underneath it since it will probably be freezing or snowing on Halloween. Preston is going to be a dragon that I got from a friend of mine here.

I finally uploaded some more pictures. There are over 400 so these are just a few. We are spending the last week of our trip in Louisiana with Aaron's family. Yesterday we took a drive out to Lake Fausse, we didn't realize until we got there that they had a splash pad. The babies had a blast playing in the water with just a diaper on.

Every day these babies get so much bigger and so much cuter. There are times when Aaron, Ashley and I can watch them and just crack up at all their funny little sounds and silly things they do. We are so LUCKY!

I know I am jinxing myself but I seriously thought we would have snow by now. We got nothing, just rain. As everyone around here says "just wait"
Aaron was in Halifax for a few days and he said there was lots of snow on the ground. Everytime I watch the weather for the U.S it talks about the snow storms in the east. I guess it just isn't ready to make this far east yet. We are ready though whenever the snow may come.
